Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Science, RAG architectures, LLMs, and Generative AI solution development.
  • Proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), hybrid search, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Experience in NLP, document classification, information extraction, and unstructured data processing.
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks, workflow orchestration, prompt engineering, and reasoning systems.
  • Experience in Python, machine learning experimentation, model evaluation, benchmarking, and AI observability.
  • Strong communication skills with experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and AI strategy guidance.
Responsibilities
  • Design and evolve RAG-based AI solutions for complex document and knowledge retrieval workflows.
  • Develop and optimize retrieval, ranking, chunking, embedding, and search strategies.
  • Lead experimentation, model validation, benchmarking, and quality measurement initiatives.
  • Build agentic workflows and reasoning systems for multi-step decision-support applications.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain teams to define AI roadmaps and priorities.
  • Drive innovation through evaluation of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
