Sourcing & Procurement Engineer (Manufacturing)

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Engineer to support procurement activities for a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing mechanical, electrical, electronic, and structural components while managing supplier relationships, procurement processes, and cost optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for manufacturing components and materials.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) using ERP systems.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to meet production schedules and new product development timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience sourcing mechanical, electrical, electronic, and fabricated components.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as:
• Fabrication
• Machining
• Casting
• Electronics Manufacturing
• Experience with supplier selection, supplier development, and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation and commercial purchasing experience.
• Experience managing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management principles.
