Lead AI/Agent Engineer

Position: AI/Agent Engineer Level 603

Location: Plano, TX or Columbus, OH

Must-Have Skills:

Python and Java are both required
Hands-on experience developing AI Agents or Agentic AI solutions
Strong experience with LangGraph
Experience with vLLM
Strong production-level software engineering experience
10+ years of overall software development experience

We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of software engineering experience who have strong hands-on expertise in both Python and Java, along with recent production experience developing AI/Agentic applications using technologies such as LangGraph and vLLM.
