The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a successful shopping experience for customers alongside team colleagues.
• Actively participate in various store operations, including stocking shelves, attractive product presentation, baking, and operating modern POS systems (including self-checkout).
• Support the Store Manager by leading shifts, coordinating task assignments, and ensuring the implementation of store concepts.
• Handle warehouse, cleaning, and inventory tasks.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, with ideally some prior leadership experience (e.g., shift lead).
• A team-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility, who enjoys engaging and motivating others.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts in coordination with management.
