Requirements
  • 8+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP experience with 4+ years focused on Oracle Cloud Grants Management implementations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants configuration, design, and deployment.
  • Experience in leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Grants implementations as a Functional SME.
  • Experience with grant lifecycle management, funding controls, budgeting, and compliance processes.
  • Experience in stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and testing activities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support remote teams and travel as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Oracle Cloud Grants workstreams from discovery through post-deployment stabilization.
  • Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud Grants functionality to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define grant management processes and system solutions.
  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
  • Support testing, issue resolution, user adoption, and deployment activities.
  • Provide functional guidance and on-site support during periodic travel engagement
