Key responsibilities

Data Analysis & Requirements Gathering
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand master data requirements and integration needs.
Create BRD/BID/SID documents
Analyze source system data and define mappings for customer, producer, advisor, policy, and reference data domains.
Collaborate with Data Governance, MDM, Business, and Application teams to define data quality rules and mastering requirements.
Perform source-to-target mapping, data profiling, data lineage analysis, and reconciliation activities.
Support testing activities including unit testing and data validation.
