Sr. Program Manager - Global Accounts

Johnson Service Group is currently searching for a talented Sr. Program Manager - Global Accounts, with our leading semiconductor customer.

Scope of Experience and Responsibilities: 5+ years of program management experience with a global customer base. Highly experienced in working internally with the internal global sales team, global supply chain, and strategically with external customer executives. Will drive and manage the customer dashboard, to include respopnsibility for Key Performance Indicators KPI's). Must be able to provide consultative input, lead influentially, drive alignment, and direct resources to drive optimum. Ability to take initiative, and successfully resolve issues.

Responsible for driving the following: demand preparation/planning, fulfillment, supply chain, customer satisfaction, demand planning, contract administration, pricing, negotiations, etc. Strong executive-level communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent analytical, problem-solving and relationship mangement skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and balance short- and long-term goals Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, etc. MBA is a plus Compensation: Highly competitive salary, benefits and perks.
