1. Certified Veeva CRM /Vault CRM professional with strong hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and administration of Life Sciences, Pharma, and Biotech commercial applications.

2. Proven experience configuring Veeva CRM/Vault CRM objects, workflows, business rules, layouts, profiles, permissions, and other platform components.

3. Strong understanding of Life Sciences commercial processes, including HCP/HCO management, call planning, detailing, sampling, activities, and compliance requirements.

4. Hands-on experience with integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and technical solution design across Veeva CRM/Vault CRM environments.

5. Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, compliant CRM solutions.
