Product Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead and define billing automation initiatives for merchants using payment services. Drive key product initiatives supporting payment integrations and the broader product roadmap. Own the complete product and feature lifecycle, including market research, user research, wireframes, PRD creation, development, QA/testing, product launch, and internal enablement. Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and global stakeholders. Define and design complex system integrations, APIs, data flows, and technical capabilities.

Analyze customer pain points, market trends, and ecosystem developments to identify new product opportunities. Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to support product workflows and user-facing capabilities. Collaborate effectively across multiple time zones with global Product and Technical teams. Ensure billing-related solutions are thoroughly tested and meet high standards for accuracy, reliability, and quality. Independently drive product initiatives from concept through launch. Manage multiple priorities and shifting requirements in a fast-paced product environment.
