Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the annual marketing roadmap and key initiatives
  • Translate business priorities into marketing programs supporting brand awareness, thought leadership, sales enablement, and client engagement
  • Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, and timelines to ensure initiatives are completed on schedule
  • Track marketing performance and key KPIs to help evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to create presentations, proposals, capability overviews, and client-facing materials
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and compelling messaging
  • Develop and maintain sales decks, pitch materials, and other commercial collateral
  • Create case studies, win stories, and client success stories that highlight measurable business impact
  • Support marketing and commercial reporting related to pipeline and business development initiatives
  • Maintain brand consistency across marketing, sales, and corporate materials
  • Develop content including case studies, white papers, one-pagers, presentations, thought leadership, internal communications, and other collateral
  • Maintain content calendars and coordinate content development with internal stakeholders
  • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, event materials, and supporting graphics
  • Work with subject matter experts to translate technical concepts and capabilities into engaging market-facing content
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related fields
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience managing marketing projects and initiatives from planning through completion
  • Experience supporting Sales, Business Development, or Commercial teams with presentations, proposals, and client-facing collateral
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical subject matter
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; Experience with Canva or Figma is a plus
  • Strong design instincts with an understanding of brand standards, layout principles, and visual storytelling
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred
  • Collaborative and proactive with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through
  • Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX, with occasional travel of approximately 10-15%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the energy, power, utilities, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors
  • Experience creating technical B2B content and sales collateral
  • Experience coordinating tradeshows, conferences, or client events
  • Experience working with external agencies, designers, vendors, or contractors
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
