Manhattan WMS Technical Lead / Consultant – SQL | Warehouse Management | L2 Production Support

Location: Memphis, TN 38128 – 100% Onsite
Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for an experienced Manhattan WMS Technical Lead / Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Manhattan WMS and SQL to provide L2 production support in a warehouse management environment.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS
• Strong SQL experience
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management / Warehouse Operations
• Experience providing L2 production support
• Incident and service request resolution
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Manhattan WMS technical issues
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience coordinating onsite/offshore teams

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Manhattan WMS and resolve incidents/service requests.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive issues through resolution.
• Work closely with warehouse operators, business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze and resolve Manhattan WMS and SQL-related issues.
• Support warehouse management operations and related processes.
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams for incident resolution and ongoing support.
• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
