Job Description

Position Title: AI Program Governance Consultant

Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable)

Location: Holyoke, MA (Hybrid Role/ No C2C/1099/ Only W2 required)

Employment Type: W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AI intake, assessment, approval, and ongoing tracking.
  • Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Data Governance, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and business teams.
  • Support AI governance policies, procedures, documentation, and training.
  • Maintain AI use-case catalogs and governance dashboards/reports.
  • Help implement AI risk controls, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
  • Continuously improve AI governance processes and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI risks, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Understanding of data governance and responsible AI principles.
  • Experience with enterprise AI governance, AI risk management, vendor/third-party risk, or technology procurement.
