We're looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our team as Bank Staff General Assistants, supporting our busy periods, parties, weekends, school holidays, and special events.

Position Overview

As a Bank Staff General Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping the centre run smoothly. This flexible, casual role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to different tasks, including café operations, customer service, and party hosting.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Assistant, you'll help create a fantastic experience for every family who visits Space Adventurers by:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing excellent customer service.

• Assisting with café operations, including food preparation, coffee making, serving customers, and operating the till.

• Serving food and drinks efficiently and with a positive attitude.

• Hosting children's parties and helping to ensure special celebrations run smoothly.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the play centre and café.

• Tidying play areas, resetting tables, and supporting the overall presentation of the venue.

• Assisting children and families where needed to enhance their visit.

• Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For

• Aged 18 or over.

• Previous experience in hospitality and customer service is essential.

• Friendly, confident, and approachable with excellent communication skills.

• Flexible and available to work shifts as required, including weekdays, weekends, school holidays, and occasional evenings.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
