We are seeking an experienced Lead iOS Engineer to provide end-to-end technical leadership for native iOS application development. This role will be responsible for designing scalable mobile solutions, driving architectural decisions, collaborating with product stakeholders, and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality iOS applications.

We are seeking an experienced Lead iOS Engineer to provide end-to-end technical leadership for native iOS application development. This role will be responsible for designing scalable mobile solutions, driving architectural decisions, collaborating with product stakeholders, and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality iOS applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of native iOS applications using Swift and Xcode.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-focused mobile solutions.
- Refine and manage product backlogs in Jira, including creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to convert complex requirements into actionable development plans.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and best practice guidance.
- Drive UI/UX consistency, accessibility, performance optimization, and maintainable application design.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in iOS mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in Swift and Xcode.
- Experience performing feasibility analysis and translating business requirements into technical backlogs and user stories.
- Strong understanding of iOS architecture, secure coding practices, and mobile application lifecycle management.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience within Agile teams.
