Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop & Prototype front end applications for Mobile team
• Translate design mockups into functional user interfaces.
• Implement front-end logic and data interactions.
• Develop Screens and Components by integrating back-end APIs.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Participate in design review with middleware team and coordinate with business on the functionality.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates.
• Designing; building and maintaining next generation iOS mobile applications.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Primary Skill: iOS
• Secondary Skill: Swift
• Tertiary Skill: Copilot -Copilot MCP
• 5+ years of experience in iOS Development using Swift, UIkit and/or Objective C.
• Must have hands on experience on Copilot -Copilot MCP (Model Context Protocol): Experience building and integrating custom tools and data sources for AI assistants.
• Ability to extend Copilot capabilities through MCP framework to enable enterprise-specific workflows and third-party integrations
• Proven experience as an UI/UX developer for Mobile applications -IOS platform
• Proven experience as an app developer.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Biometrics, push notifications, usage of Camera API's, etc.
• Experience with continuous integration & Unit tests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• NOTE: This role is a potential contract to hire and will require resources that do not require sponsorship now or in the future
