Pay Range: $95 - $100/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Accomplish marketing human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and coaching employees.
• Achieve marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing insights to strategic plans and implementing productivity and quality standards.
• Meet marketing financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances.
• Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching market opportunities and coordinating new product development.
• Provide actionable insights by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Complete related results to accomplish marketing and organizational missions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
