Job Description

AI Delivery Lead - Copilot Studio

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI Copilot agents for COO/PMO use cases, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Provide hands-on solution design using Microsoft Copilot Studio, prompt architecture, RAG, MCP, and connectors.
  • Design RAG solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors.
  • Develop reusable prompt patterns and Power Automate workflows for agent orchestration.
  • Implement enterprise governance and security using Entra ID, access controls, and data boundaries.
  • Coordinate UAT, SME reviews, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Act as the primary delivery interface between vendor teams and client leadership.

Required Skills

  • Copilot Studio - Mandatory
  • Advanced Power Automate
  • RAG architecture with SharePoint/Microsoft Graph
  • Prompt engineering and reusable prompt patterns
  • MCP and enterprise connector strategy
