Your Responsibilities Payroll - Fiduciary - Luxembourg

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for a diverse portfolio of clients operating across a wide range of industries.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your clients, providing day-to-day payroll advice while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll calculations.
  • Prepare and process approximately 600 to 700 payslips per month, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Luxembourg regulations, and timely delivery.
  • Handle all payroll-related administrative procedures linked to employee onboarding and offboarding, including mandatory declarations and termination documentation.
  • Process payroll under various collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), managing bonuses, benefits in kind, overtime, variable compensation, and other payroll-specific elements.

Profile and Career Path Payroll - Fiduciary - Luxembourg

  • You have 3 to 8 years of experience in payroll administration within a fiduciary firm, payroll provider, or professional services environment.
  • You are fluent in German and English; any additional language, particularly French, will be considered a strong asset.
  • You have a genuine interest in payroll calculations, figures, and variable compensation, and enjoy solving complex payroll-related challenges in a detail-oriented environment.
  • You have demonstrated stability throughout your career, reflecting your reliability, commitment, and desire to build a long-term career within a reputable organization.
