Full Stack Forward Deployed Engineer
Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end enterprise applications using .NET, Angular, Databricks, SQL, and Applied AI technologies.
  • Build and enhance AI-powered applications by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI capabilities, and intelligent automation into business workflows.
  • Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services using modern .NET frameworks.
  • Create responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular and modern front-end development practices.
  • Design and optimize data pipelines, data models, and analytical workloads within Databricks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, validate, and deploy solutions in production environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, data, and integration issues while ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
  • Drive best practices in software engineering, DevOps, security, testing, and continuous delivery.
Must-Have Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack application development.
  • Strong experience with:
    • C# and .NET Core/.NET 8
    • Angular (v14+)
    • Microsoft SQL Server / SQL Development
    • Azure Databricks
  • Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Applied AI, including:
    • Generative AI solutions
    • Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
    • Prompt engineering
    • AI application integration
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts
  • Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics workloads using Databricks.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Services (Azure App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, API Management).
  • Knowledge of AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
  • Knowledge of machine learning lifecycle and MLOps practices.
  • Experience with Spark, PySpark, or Delta Lake.
  • Exposure to data visualization platforms such as Power BI.
  • Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
  • Experience working in consulting, client-facing, or forward-deployed engineering environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack engineering skills (.NET + Angular) with data engineering expertise (Databricks + SQL) and practical experience delivering Applied AI solutions in enterprise environments.
