Job Description

Role : Desktop Support Engineer.

Location: Hackensack, NJ.

Job type: Fulltime - Onsite.

Job Description :-

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Windows and end-user device support
Hardware, software, printer and peripheral troubleshooting
Basic TCP/IP, LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
AV, videoconferencing and meeting-room equipment support
Basic Active Directory and Windows Server knowledge
Strong customer service and communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals and workplace devices.
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows devices and standard applications.
Support AV, videoconferencing and meeting-room equipment, including displays, cameras, audio devices and connectivity.
Set up, replace and maintain end-user devices and equipment.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues.
Provide hands-and-eyes support to remote network and infrastructure teams.
Handle incidents and service requests, document resolutions and escalate where required.
