Contact Center Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for technology and software clients
Qualify prospects, understand needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and quality assurance targets
Use CRM and contact center software to log interactions and manage pipeline
Follow scripts, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve performance
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews
Support multichannel communication, including phone, email, and chat
