Position : PeopleSoft Business Analyst
Location: Durham, NC – Hybrid/Remote  
Experience: 8+ years  
Technology: PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM

Must-Have:
PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM + Inventory + Order Management + Warehouse + Manufacturing + Business Analysis + SIT/UAT.

Job Description:
- Work with business and IT teams to gather and document requirements.
- Support PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM solutions.
- Must have experience with:
  - Inventory Management
  - Order Management
  - Warehouse Operations
  - Manufacturing
- Create functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Conduct requirements workshops and discovery sessions.
- Support SIT and UAT testing.
- Create test scenarios and help with defect tracking and resolution.
- Work with development teams to define and validate solutions.
- Support PeopleSoft integrations with external applications using APIs, web services, middleware, and data interfaces.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
