The Role • Support store management in daily operations and contribute significantly to the store's success. • Assist with personnel responsibilities, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding new team members. • Share responsibility for optimizing sales and merchandising of a dynamic and rotating product assortment. • Oversee the store's presentation, including managing ordering processes, implementing visual merchandising standards, and handling day-to-day operational tasks. • Collaborate with store leadership to discuss performance results and store development strategies. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, ideally with prior experience in a similar retail role. • Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of responsibility. • Availability to work 5 days a week, including regular weekend and evening shifts. • Strong communication skills to motivate the store team and provide constructive feedback. • Willingness to undertake an 8-week comprehensive training program in a designated training store. • Alignment with company values such as teamwork, discipline, cost-consciousness, simplicity, respect, and customer focus.
