The Role

• Lead and manage your store team, supported by a deputy manager.
• Oversee store presentation, including ordering, visual merchandising, and daily operations.
• Manage personnel, including creating schedules and fostering employee development.
• Recruit and build your store's team.
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss performance and store growth.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to complete an 8-week onboarding program in a designated training store.
