Description
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager, operating remotely with occasional travel in the Southeast region. 
This contract role requires a strategic leader with experience managing complex projects in agile and traditional environments. 
You will be responsible for driving initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and the successful execution of projects. 
Proficiency in using project management tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead projects within an Agile delivery environment, facilitating planning and execution. Collaborate with product owners and teams to align priorities and manage backlogs. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective task tracking. Develop project plans, coordinate activities, and ensure accountability. Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications
15 years of experience managing complex projects or programs, with at least 5 years in agile and 5 years in traditional delivery.
10 years of experience in a large enterprise or government setting. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. PMP and Scrum Master certifications required.
