responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Agile/Scrum teams through the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning.
• Coordinate across Development, Infrastructure, QA, Production Support, Security, and Business teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Remove obstacles and help teams stay focused on delivery goals.
• Track project progress, milestones, and release timelines.
• Support production releases, deployment readiness, and post-production stabilization.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption across teams.

qualifications:

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent.

4+ years of Scrum Master experience.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience collaborating with business, application development, infrastructure, and production support teams.

Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical background in software development or technology delivery.

Experience in Insurance or Financial Services organizations.
