We’re hiring for a Business Development Representative (Outside Sales) to join our team at Express Employment Professionals in Wenatchee, WA. In this role, you'll

✅ Prospect and develop new business opportunities
✅ Meet with business owners and decision-makers
✅ Build long-term client relationships
✅ Present staffing and workforce solutions
✅ Partner with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional service
✅ Grow existing accounts while expanding your territory
What we're looking for:
Proven B2B sales or business development experience
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings
Staffing industry experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation and Work Schedule:
Base Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 per year, plus commission based on your sales performance.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales is a plus but not required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year (plus commission)
