Integration Suite Senior Developer with Security Clearance

Requirements CDIT Solutions isseeking an SAP Integration Suite Senior Developer to support the JointTransportation Management System (JTMS) program for the United StatesTransportation Command (USTRANSCOM). The program implements, supports, andmaintains a mission-critical SAP S/4HANA solution for transportation andlogistics operations for the Department of Defense, spanning Planning,Procurement, Fulfillment, Financials, Application Development, and TechnicalOperations, including Security, GRC, and Identity & Access Management.

This role isresponsible for the solutions that exchange data among SAP instances andexternal systems across the JTMS landscape. The interface model embracesService Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles, building on SAP best practicesand the SAP enterprise service architecture. It requires deep expertise in SAPIntegration Suite and prior experience supporting USTRANSCOM transportationoperations, systems, or programs.

The developer will ensure Integration Suitecapabilities align with DoD transportation doctrine, regulatory requirements(DTR, DoD FMR), and Clean Core principles while supporting complex integrationsacross DoD and commercial transportation ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities Integration Suite • Participate in the analysis of the customer'sbusiness operations to validate requirements and scope, suggest processimprovements, and assist in level-of-effort (LOE) estimation as required. • Analyze business requirements to design anddevelop end-to-end integration flows (iFlows) using patterns such assynchronous/asynchronous, event-driven, and API-led architectures. • Evaluate, model, and design interface objectsfrom an enterprise Service Architecture perspective to construct interfaces. • Configure connectors, mappings, routing rules,and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSL/TLS). • Configure standard and custom adapters (SFTP,REST, SOAP, OData, JDBC, IDoc) and manage message mapping, transformations, androuting. • Configure EDI interfaces using TPMconfiguration, implement message mapping (MIG/MAG), and configure adapters(AS2, SFTP, OData). • Develop Groovy/Java scripts for complex mappingsrequired to implement interfaces between SAP instances and external systemstraversing the SAP Integration Suite instance. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug iFlows toresolve performance issues.

ApplicationDevelopment • Implement SAP ABAP software applications andinterfaces. • Develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, anddocument interfaces using SAP Proxy and IDoc technologies. • Develop and maintain SAP design and technicalspecification documents. • Conduct unit, integration, and release testingto validate functionality. Required qualifications • Active DoD Secret clearance (minimum).

Clearancemust be active, in scope, and held in DISS prior to start. • 15+ years of SAP experience, with 10+ years inSAP integration middleware. • Deep SAP Integration Suite (CPI/CloudIntegration) expertise, and a deep understanding of point-to-point,hub-and-spoke, publish-subscribe, and event-driven architecture. • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and BTParchitecture; SAP integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven); andEDI and B2B scenarios. • Strong experience with SAP Integration Suite(CPI/Cloud Integration), SAP Integration Advisor, and SAP BTP. • Proficiency in Groovy scripts, XSLT, and APImanagement. • Deep understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT,X12) and experience with DoD EDI standards (DTEB preferred). • Deep understanding of REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP,EDI, and JSON/XML formats. • Experience in API Management: publishing,securing, and monitoring APIs while enforcing security policies (OAuth, SAML,SSL/TLS). • Ability to adhere to strict developmentstandards and conduct code reviews. • Knowledge of SAP IDoc processing and monitoringservices, including the SAP CPI IDoc sender and receiver adapters thattransform messages from SAP IDoc to XML. • Knowledge of SAP ABAP client/server proxytechnology. • Self-motivated, able to work individually andwithin a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience with JTMS or similar DoDlogistics modernization programs. • Experience with SAP NS2 or IL5-hosted SAPenvironments. • Training and certification with SAP BTPIntegration Suite. Location, Travel & Compliance • Remote, with approximately 10% travel every 12weeks to Scott Air Force Base, IL. Candidates within a 4-hour radius of ScottAFB are preferred. • DoD 8140 compliance is required. A technicalbachelor's or master's degree is the simplest path; other qualifying optionsinclude an approved certification or required training.
