Senior Financial Analyst

Introduction

We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused finance professional to help drive financial rigor, budget governance, and continuous improvement across our client's growing Cybersecurity & Digital Risk Management (CDRM) organization. The Senior Financial Analyst will be a central point of accountability for financial operations across a portfolio of programs, strategic partners, and delivery engagements.

Responsibilities

• Govern the Budget: Set up and run cadences and frameworks to keep CDRM spend, forecasts, and program budgets accountable.
• Manage Financial Performance: Define, monitor, and report on budget vs. actuals, forecast accuracy, and key financial metrics.
• Be the Trusted Point of Contact: Build relationships with senior leaders, Finance partners, Procurement, and delivery partners.
• Execute and Deliver: Support budget cycles, long-term planning, forecasts, and funding requests.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6-10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business operations, or program finance.
• Proven track record managing budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, and PO/invoice lifecycles.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
