Job Description

  • 12+ years of experience in data management delivery, with 5+ years leading Master Data Management (MDM) programs on SAP transformation projects.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the IDMC workstream for the S/4HANA go-live (August 2027), including scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and escalations across LMV, SAP, BTP, and infrastructure teams.
  • Lead the gated transition from the incumbent, ensuring knowledge transfer (KT) exit criteria are met and runbook sign-off is completed.
  • Chair weekly delivery review meetings and represent HCL in monthly steering committee meetings.
  • Own the Change Request (CR) pipeline, including declared schedule impact for each change and maintenance of the churn dashboard.
  • Accountable for milestone gates M1–M9, cutover execution, and hypercare exit.
  • Demonstrate strong client-facing capabilities with experience managing onsite and offshore teams of 10+ members.
  • Possess hands-on experience with Statement of Work (SOW) management and commercial governance.
