Senior Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Senior Program Manager to join their team.

Summary:
They are searching for a Senior Program Manager to support their team which manages all the contracts for the client's customers. This is a portal that manages all the different aspects of the contract and partnerships that the client has with its contractors. They have several migrations happening within the application and services as well as enhancements as they focus on certain customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting high visibility enterprise initiatives as a program manager
* Experience running project ceremonies, milestone planning, and delivery tracking
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Curiosity and critical thinking to identify risks and blockers
* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
* Ability to understand technical concepts well enough to connect business and technology discussion
* The team does not require deep technical skills such as coding or SQL expertise but prefers someone who has previously worked in technical delivery environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
