Job Description

Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Locations: Erie, Monroeville, Canonsburg, Wexford, Camp Hill, Pittsburgh, Grove City, Jefferson Hills, PA, or Wilmington, DE
Work Model: Onsite / Field-Based
Contract: 6–12+ months with possible extension
Travel: Within an assigned ~30-mile radius
Shift: Business hours + on-call/extended support as required

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of Deskside/Desktop/Field IT Support experience
  • Windows desktop/laptop troubleshooting
  • Hardware, peripherals, printers, and workstation support
  • IMAC, deployment, refresh, and device replacement
  • Smart Hands and basic data closet activities
  • ServiceNow / ITSM ticketing and asset management
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Strong customer service and documentation skills
  • Healthcare/clinical environment experience is a plus
