The Role

  • Draft engaging proposal content, past performance narratives, technical white papers, and case studies.
  • Research and interview subject matter experts to develop accurate and insightful technical content.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of professional document templates aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Edit and proofread various documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with proposal requirements.
  • Participate across all phases of the proposal lifecycle, from strategy planning to production.
  • Interpret RFIs and RFPs to develop compliant, client-focused responses that highlight business value.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Engineering combined with English, Journalism, or Technical Writing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally with Federal/DoD contracting.
  • Proven ability to write and win Federal proposals.
  • Exceptional skill in translating complex technical topics into clear, compelling content.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), including template creation and advanced features.
  • US citizenship with eligibility for a Secret security clearance.
