Digital Content Specialist

Description
We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to support a Contract engagement within the healthcare industry in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will shape and maintain website content, ensuring pages are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with current brand expectations. The position also contributes to search visibility efforts by improving on-page content and applying SEO best practices across digital properties.

Responsibilities

Refresh, revise, and publish website materials while preparing content for placement on updated digital pages. Create and organize new web pages within a CMS environment, ensuring consistency with brand style, tone, and formatting standards. Edit existing copy for clarity, usability, and presentation so that online content delivers a strong user experience. Support search optimization initiatives by applying on-page improvements that help strengthen organic traffic performance.

Conduct keyword research when needed to guide content updates and inform page development decisions. Maintain content accuracy and structure across web properties using established web content management practices. Partner with stakeholders to implement digital updates efficiently while meeting quality expectations and project timelines. Requirements
Hands-on experience managing website content in a content management system. Working knowledge of web content standards, page formatting, and digital publishing workflows.

Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar content management tools. Understanding of SEO principles, including keyword usage and on-page optimization techniques. Ability to edit and organize content with strong attention to detail and brand consistency. Familiarity with web content management practices in a digital environment. Innovation starts with people.
