We are seeking skilled Mobile Vehicle Technicians to join a leading automotive assistance and services provider with a proud heritage and a forward-thinking approach to roadside repair. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations, redefining the traditional garage experience.

The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services to customers at their homes or workplaces.
• Manage your own schedule and stock, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Represent the company with a professional and customer-focused attitude on every call.
• Handle a variety of tasks including routine servicing, diagnostic checks, and repairs for light vehicles.
• Travel to customer locations in a company-provided van, equipped with tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer communication.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of light vehicles.
• A valid UK driving license with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
