This role offers the opportunity to provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations, redefining the traditional garage experience. The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services to customers at their homes or workplaces. • Manage your own schedule and stock, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. • Represent the company with a professional and customer-focused attitude on every call. • Handle a variety of tasks including routine servicing, diagnostic checks, and repairs for light vehicles. • Travel to customer locations in a company-provided van, equipped with tools and diagnostic equipment. • Maintain accurate service records and customer communication. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of light vehicles. • A valid UK driving license with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
