Epic Revenue Cycle Manager

Our South Carolina client is seeking an experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee a workflow redesign project, prepare for an upgrade, and lead a team of 20 analysts. This is fully remote, W2 only. No vendors please.
In this role you will:

• Oversee and present a workflow redesign and roadmap.
• Manage a group of Epic analysts, comprised of HB, PB, HIM, Grand Central, Cadence, Prelude, MyChart/EpicCare Link, and Dorothy analysts.
• As part of an upgrade, manage Cadence/MyChart/Billing analysts involved in standing up Epic's Emmie, Chart with Art, and Penny AI tools as well as additional projects and functions of the Epic Rev Cycle Analyst team.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience managing an Epic Revenue Cycle and/or Patient Access Team.
• Prior or current Epic certification in one or more revenue cycle modules.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Recent demonstrated experience remotely managing a team.
