Head of IT Strategy and Business Management

Lead IT strategic planning, technology business management, M&A and divestiture technology activities, and enterprise performance management. Advise senior leaders on aligning technology investments with business priorities and financial objectives, oversee a global team, and establish governance, reporting, cost transparency, and value realization practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and multi-year IT strategic planning, roadmaps, investment plans, and execution frameworks.
• Advise technology and business executives on opportunities, risks, priorities, and strategic initiatives.
• Direct technology due diligence, integration and separation planning, and execution for transactions.
• Coordinate technology workstreams across infrastructure, security, applications, data, operations, and end-user computing.
• Establish technology business management processes for IT cost transparency, allocation, budgeting, and value measurement.
• Oversee governance, executive reporting, performance metrics, and progress against strategic and transaction objectives.
