Job Role- Agentic AI / GenAI Tech Lead

Location Remote

Hiring Mode- Full-time

Role Summary-

We are seeking an Agentic AI / GenAI Tech Lead with deep expertise in Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, the Strands Agents SDK, AWS cloud development, and the implementation of enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, development, and integration of cutting-edge, AI-powered systems while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agentic AI Architecture: Deep experience building multi-agent workflows, tool integrations, and agentic loops using the Strands Agents SDK.
  • Architect and implement GenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock and related AWS services.
  • Design and develop AI-powered applications, APIs, and integrations.
  • Lead technical delivery, code reviews, and best-practice adoption.
  • Build solutions leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases that drive business value.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and operational excellence of AI solutions.
  • Guide junior team members and oversee their day-to-day activities

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock.
  • Experience with AWS Quick.
  • Strong AWS cloud development and integration expertise.
  • Proven experience implementing Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders, explain complex AI concepts in simple business terms, influence decision makers, and drive adoption of AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Marketing, Campaign Analytics, or MarTech domains.
  • AWS certifications and knowledge of modern AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) are a plus.

Experience: 8+ years overall, with 2+ years focused on Generative AI and AWS-based AI solutions.
