Senior AI Engineer

Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional Python development experience
Strong expertise in web development, distributed systems, and scalable architecture
Deep experience with AI/ML, NLP, statistical learning, and LLM-based applications
Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems using tools such as LangChain, LangSmith, LiveKit, Pipecat, or similar
Excellent command of object-oriented and functional programming principles
Experience designing high-reliability, horizontally scalable systems
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to own projects from concept through production deployment

Experience working in high-growth startup environments
Prior experience building AI-powered enterprise or SaaS products
Track record of rapidly prototyping and productionizing AI solutions
Experience collaborating closely with product, operations, and executive leadership

Design, build, and deploy scalable AI-powered systems and agentic workflows
Develop production-grade solutions leveraging LLMs and agentic AI frameworks
Rapidly prototype new AI-driven capabilities and transition them into production
Architect resilient, extensible systems that scale with business growth
Partner directly with the CTO on strategic technical initiatives
Collaborate with Product and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions
Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and uptime requirements
Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural standards
Share emerging research, tools, and best practices with the engineering team
Deliver end-to-end solutions with a strong focus on speed, quality, and reliability
