Job Summary

The State of North Carolina is seeking an experienced MS Power Platform Developer to develop and support enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions for the Division of Public Health. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop and manage Dataverse tables, business rules, and relationships.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
• Create custom connectors, forms, and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot application and workflow issues.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow ALM, security, and governance best practices.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse.
• 7+ years of SQL database design and integration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) Certification or higher.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, or Power Automate Desktop.
• Azure DevOps/GitHub CI/CD experience.
