  • Demonstrated experience with RAID, RAG reporting, project governance, risk management, and dependency tracking.

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and relentless on follow-through.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and holding teams accountable to commitments and dates.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the D&A intake and prioritization process, ensuring requests are captured, evaluated, prioritized, and converted into actionable plans.

  • Maintain a master portfolio in Asana, with clear ownership, scope, stage, priority, and timelines.

  • Own integrated project plans, critical paths, dependencies, milestones, and delivery dates.

  • Drive accountability by proactively tracking owners, blockers, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

  • Establish and run weekly operating cadences, status reviews, and leadership reporting.

  • Develop clear RAG reporting, RAID logs, decision logs, and executive dashboards.

  • Coordinate dependencies across Data & Analytics and partner functions including Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Enterprise Solutions.

  • Partner with technical leads to sequence work and translate complex technical topics into concise, business-facing updates.

  • Maintain scope discipline and distinguish committed deliverables from future enhancements.

  • Provide leadership with a single, reliable view of portfolio health, risks, decisions, and priorities.
