Job Description

Position Title: Microsoft Functional Lead Customer Engagement (CE)

Location : Remote Work

Duration : 8 to 12 Months

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Lead with 5 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE consulting and functional implementation. The candidate will gather business requirements, configure CE modules, create user stories, manage backlogs, and lead UAT, training, and user adoption activities.

Required Skills:

  • Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Service & related modules
  • Microsoft Power Platform & Dataverse
  • Azure DevOps (ADO), Backlog & User Stories
  • UAT, Functional Testing & Data Migration Validation
  • Agile/Scrum & Hybrid Waterfall methodologies
  • Power Automate and CE configuration

Preferred: Experience with Omnichannel/Field Service and PL-200 certification.
