Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Epic Home Health Analyst to support application configuration, home health workflows, testing, and production support.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience with Epic Home Health implementations or application support.

  • Strong understanding of home health workflows, patient referrals, visits, care coordination, and clinical documentation.

  • Perform application configuration, system build, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with clinical, business, and IT teams to gather requirements and optimize workflows.

  • Support upgrades, enhancements, end-user training, and production issues.

  • Maintain application documentation and provide remote support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Epic Home Health certification preferred.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
