Location: Cary, NC (Onsite)

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with over 13 years of experience in Agile delivery, specifically within banking and financial services. The ideal candidate will drive Agile practices, coach crossfunctional teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlog and prioritize deliverables.

• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and governance standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business units.

• Track metrics (velocity, burndown, release progress) to improve predictability.

• Mentor teams on Agile best practices and scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).

Required Skills:

• 13+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years as a Scrum Master.

• Strong background in banking/financial services domain.

• Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

• Handson experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally.

• Proven ability to manage onsite teams in a fastpaced environment.
