    Job Summary

    In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum and Agile practices while supporting enterprise delivery teams. The Scrum Master will guide Agile teams toward predictable, high-quality delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members and stakeholders, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and driving continuous improvement.

    This role requires a servant leader who can foster team accountability, improve Agile maturity, and help teams consistently deliver business value while aligning with enterprise Agile standards and best practices.
    Day-to-Day Responsibilities
    • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including:
      • Sprint Planning
      • Daily Standups
      • Sprint Reviews
      • Sprint Retrospectives
      • Backlog Refinement sessions
    • Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and Engineering partners on Agile principles and practices
    • Monitor team health, Agile maturity, and delivery performance
    • Ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
    • Manage sprint scope and help reduce scope creep
    • Identify, track, and resolve impediments within established timelines
    • Maintain and manage Agile artifacts using Jira
    • Coordinate and manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks
    • Build dashboards and reports measuring:
      • Cycle Time
      • Throughput
      • Work in Progress (WIP)
      • Sprint Rollover
    • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote healthy team dynamics
    • Conduct coaching sessions and continuous improvement activities
    • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to improve delivery effectiveness
    • Drive alignment across stakeholders and delivery partners
