A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Agile Scrum Master
Position type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location:- 3 days onsite role at Charlotte, NC

Pay Range*: $70- $74 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As an Agile Scrum Master, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams within an Agile/Scrum framework to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to improve team productivity and Agile maturity.
- Drive collaboration among stakeholders, Product Owners, and technology teams.
- Track Agile delivery metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage governance, compliance, and operational processes effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience working in complex organizational structures and governance-driven environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.
