IT Helpdesk Officer - Frontline Support, Melbourne CBD

Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Officer (APS 5) to join the Digital Services team in Melbourne CBD.

You will deliver frontline ICT support to ACNC staff, investigate and resolve incidents and service requests, provide technical guidance, and help deploy, maintain and operate ICT equipment and services.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Melbourne CBD.
