What You'll Do
Phone Sales
Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients. Build rapport and identify customers' insurance needs. Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options. Present personalized insurance solutions. Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to policy completion. Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships. Maintain accurate customer records using company systems. Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.

Answer client questions and provide policy information. Help ensure a positive customer experience before, during, and after the sale.

Required
Strong communication and active listening skills

Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License
