SAP S/4HANA Domain Architect (Finance or Supply Chain)

Agilent seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA architect to define enterprise architecture for an ERP modernization initiative, focusing on Finance or Supply Chain domains. The role involves guiding architecture decisions, managing system integration strategies, and maintaining clean core governance across SAP and integrated systems. This hybrid position requires 8+ years of SAP architecture expertise and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities
Define and maintain future-state enterprise architecture aligned to S/4HANA capabilities
Lead architecture decisions for Finance or Supply Chain domain with boundary application strategy
Establish clean core guardrails and guide custom code rationalization to reduce technical debt
Ensure integration alignment across SAP and non-SAP systems using standardized patterns
Develop executive-ready architecture materials for governance forums with options and trade-offs
Requirements
8+ years SAP architecture or solution architecture experience with hands-on S/4HANA
Deep functional expertise in Finance or Supply Chain business processes
Enterprise architecture definition and integration strategy experience in complex environments
Clear communication of architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with clean core governance and extensibility frameworks (preferred)
Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools like LeanIX (preferred)
Consulting or systems integration background with multiple S/4HANA implementation approaches (preferred)
Compensation:
$127,680-$199,500/yr plus bonus, stock, and benefits
