The Role

• Deliver expert roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick and confident solutions for a variety of vehicle issues, including mechanical faults, flat batteries, and tyre changes.
• Act as a trusted ambassador for the brand, offering reassurance and excellent service to members in need.
• Embrace a dynamic work environment with a variety of challenges and new situations daily.
• Start and finish your workday from home, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions for members.
